Everyone is crazy about diet plans , weight loss programs and of course Oprah's struggle to lose
her weight :)






I am one of these people having this Obsession !!

Searched a lot tried a lot -although Iam not obese just one extra pound !!- But as I told you it's my obsession






and I found it !!!!!!




I even dripped few saliva drops from my mouth _ didn't happen _:P

I knew people followed it and result was amazing !!

the physician who invented this brilliant invention :) said about it


1- that' s one of the best diet that you may follow according to the results and as long as it
doesn't affect your biological activities
and the fat you lose in this plan is not retained easily or quickly because it was consumed in a slow way

-Drinking 8 glasses of water daily
- walking 15 minutes daily
- Diet drinks are not allowed because they are commercial and may affect the program
-its ok to drink coffee and tea and herbs (no sugar)
-Eating slowly to the rapid improvement of satiety
- NO consumption of sugar and replace sugawith diet sugar

The first week plan


Breakfast daily: - boiled eggs + cucumber + you can add mortadella up to you desire

(Saturday):

Lunch: -salad dish without tomato ....
The reason is that the tomatoes have salt which let the body fluids laden rich islands, which would work in the slow landing weight
Dinner: - roast (Steak pieces) and salt-free yogurt Aktivia




Sunday):
Lunch: - boiled chicken and spoon Oktivia of ground flax seed
Dinner: - 2 boiled eggs + salad (an option, lettuce, cabbage and green pepper and parsley)



Monday)

Lunch: - cheese skimmed the amount of 80 G.
Dinner: - minced meat or roasted or boiled chicken or a roast



Tuesday)
Lunch: - kiwi fruit or just two (I hope to follow)
Dinner: - a box of tuna and water if you have the oil that must be cleared with Oktivia milk and a teaspoon ground flax seed


Wednesday)

Lunch: - boiled vegetables and should not add the salt, except simple quantity
Dinner: - shrimp or fish of the oil refinery tuna + salad with the milk Oktivia


(Thursday):
Lunch: - boiled beef and spoon of ground flax seed
Dinner: -shawrma without bread (only this day)


Friday):

Lunch: - boiled chicken + salad bowl + milk Oktivia
Dinner: - Mrtdla cow (3 segments) Oktivia milk

oh ... OF COURSE you have a free day



Ummmmm .... one more thing....

I know a girl who followed this plan and let's listen to her telling us her story with " the best diet " as she describes it
